THE PROCESS

Bring the ASICS Tokyo Collection global creative to life across the Australian store network. Adapt the global direction for retail — hero the shoe name prominently, and build complementary display elements that amplify the collection's dual identity: wisteria-inspired purple for Japanese hospitality and Sunrise Red for modern Tokyo's energy.

01 - THE BRIEF

Four distinct creative directions were developed and presented. Each interpreted the Tokyo Collection's dual identity — wisteria purple for Japanese hospitality, Sunrise Red for modern energy — through a different retail lens. One direction was taken forward.

02 - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Each store in the ASICS network received its own mockup. Different footprints, different window formats, same campaign world. ASICS could see exactly how the campaign would land — location by location — before anything went to production."
